Global Head of Diversity, Inclusion, and Social Impact
We’re committed to making Diversity and Inclusion second nature at On – infused into our thinking and being to grow positively and make a better impact.
We check in with our team regularly. Here’s the latest from them:
*Culture Amp is the third-party, global all-industry benchmarking partner we work with to check in with how our people are feeling.
We’re working on more transparent and better ways of sharing our race and ethnicity data – in the meantime you can see a snapshot of our progress and our people in our 2023 Impact Report.

We hold ourselves accountable to our teams, fans and the wider world, annually reporting on our impact across the environment, the industry and the wider community.
Impact Reports
Committed to pay equity, we conduct annual global pay analyses with verification from PwC to make sure there is no gender pay gap at On.
Equity
We’re working to ensure greater diversity in our teams through methods like comprehensive interviewer and manager training, partnerships with key groups, and hiring process auditing.
Diverse Teams
We learn and grow by engaging with experts across our industry and communities – hosting panel discussions with the likes of ‘Colour The Trails’ and ‘48 for Change’ plus singer-songwriter, Greyson Chance and marathon runner, Rahaf Khatib to name a few.
Partnering
We strive to be a truly inclusive place for our teammates, but we also recognize the opportunities we have to drive change in our broader community. We believe that movement is for everyone – and we’re taking action to make that a reality.
We're partnering with carefully selected organisations that are doing meaningful work in their respective segments and communities.
