Our Talent Acquisition team has been building On intensively in the last 5 years. We have built processes, adopted a sourcing mindset, and implemented exciting initiatives - all of that to help On deliver its strategic goals by bringing exceptional talent and building diverse and high-performing teams. As On continues to grow we want to review our approach towards hiring for leadership and executive roles. We have built some foundations and now it is time to take this to the next stage.

This is a unique opportunity to build our Strategic (Executive) Talent Acquisition team and approach for the fastest-growing sports brand in the world. You will develop and implement strategies to attract top-tier executive talent, build relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.

Your Mission

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive executive/leadership recruitment strategy in alignment with On`s business objectives
  • Build and lead a team of executive recruiters, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful delivery
  • Build and nourish relationships with On`s management team to understand hiring needs and priorities
  • Build a pool of trusted executive search firms to identify and attract top-tier executive talent
  • Collaborate with our internal sourcing team on building diverse pipelines and talent pools
  • Utilize data and analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts, spot inefficiencies and make recommendations for improvements
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in executive TA as well as the retail/sportswear industry, and implement innovative strategies to stay competitive in the market
  • Manage the end-to-end executive recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation

Your story

  • You've got 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and have loved every minute of it; you spent at least 5 years focusing on Executive/Senior Leadership roles
  • Experience leading and managing a high-performing team of recruiters in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of managing projects on a global scale - experience building a Talent Acquisition function, setting up processes and KPIs
  • Experience working in an in-house TA team in an international environment
  • You have experience building hiring D&I strategies and translating them into tactical sourcing goals; you worked with a talent-sourcing team
  • Truly business savvy, you’re quick to understand and navigate both risks and opportunities - you understand the retail/sportswear industry in and out and you are well connected
  • Experience working with external parters (exec search firms)
  • You're passionate about finding new ways to innovate, optimize and increase efficiency.
  • Able to make even the most complex problems easy to understand, your real talent lies in the creation of simple, impactful solutions
  • One of life’s planners, you like nothing better than conjuring up the strategies and ideas required to solve even the most complex of challenges
  • Your forte is building lasting relationships, a skill that comes in very handy when it comes to managing the expectations of a variety of stakeholders
  • Open minded, respectful and a great listener, you're a master at expressing yourself – both verbally and through the written word
  • A positive spirit, you guide, direct and inspire those around you; you see yourself as a partner to your teammates and want to help them achieve their true potential
  • Industry knowledge - you regularly follow best practices and trends; You know when to learn from market standards and when to do things differently
