We have built processes, adopted a sourcing mindset, and implemented exciting initiatives - all of that to help On deliver its strategic goals by bringing exceptional talent and building diverse and high-performing teams. As On continues to grow we want to review our approach towards hiring for leadership and executive roles. We have built some foundations and now it is time to take this to the next stage.
This is a unique opportunity to build our Strategic (Executive) Talent Acquisition team and approach for the fastest-growing sports brand in the world. You will develop and implement strategies to attract top-tier executive talent, build relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
