Global Head of Retail
This is your opportunity to become a core part of On’s Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Store Retail team and assist in co-leading the successful launch and ongoing operations of On’s second outlet store in North America.
As an Associate Store Lead, your passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive work environment for our team will be a core part of driving On’s Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) approach. Your purpose will be to co-lead a successful launch and assist in managing the ongoing responsibilities of a high-volume, high-visibility, and ever-evolving retail experience.
Physical Demands: This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, climbing stairs, and standing for consecutive hours. It also includes stooping, kneeling, and crouching.

Typical cash compensation range for this position inclusive of base + bonus: $68,800 - $86,000. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate including experience, industry knowledge, qualifications, skill set, and location.
