This is your opportunity to become a core part of On’s Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Store Retail team and assist in co-leading the successful launch and ongoing operations of On’s second outlet store in North America.

As an Associate Store Lead, your passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive work environment for our team will be a core part of driving On’s Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) approach. Your purpose will be to co-lead a successful launch and assist in managing the ongoing responsibilities of a high-volume, high-visibility, and ever-evolving retail experience.

Your Mission

  • Continuously embody and communicate On’s values and brand philosophy to internal team members and external customers
  • Support staff planning and hiring to build a high performing team
  • Contribute to implementation of ongoing learning and development programs for the store team and on-the-job coaching / training as needed
  • Oversee outlet inventory control processes to optimize stock levels and reduce excess inventory; track turnover, sell-through, and shrinkage rates to improve inventory
  • Support monitoring of store key performance indicator to track health of business operations
  • Oversee front-of-house operations to ensure that exceptional service is provided to each and every customer
  • Work closely with merchandise planning to optimize assortment
  • Execute product strategy and work closely with our sales planning and trade marketing team(s) for assortment selection and visual merchandising
  • Oversee inventory management and BoH (Back-of-House) processes for optimized stock levels as well as inbound and outbound product flow requirements
  • Act as the in-store troubleshooting expert for On's store systems and core processes
  • Build and maintain positive relationships within the local community to drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and store traffic
  • Create an inclusive workplace culture by treating all employees and customers with respect

Your story

  • 3+ years of experience in high-volume retail store, outlet experience preferred
  • Background in the Sportswear Industry (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to confidently lead a team, oversee operations, sell product, and drive financial performance
  • Exceptional organizational skills and aptitude to proactively anticipate future store needs
  • Entrepreneurial spirit who expects the unexpected

Physical Demands: This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, climbing stairs, and standing for consecutive hours. It also includes stooping, kneeling, and crouching.

Typical cash compensation range for this position inclusive of base + bonus: $68,800 - $86,000. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate including experience, industry knowledge, qualifications, skill set, and location.
