Your Mission

  • 熟悉品牌理念及品牌精神，關注On昂跑的全球活動和項目（如可持續發展、運動員故事），能够持續準確地傳遞品牌故事；
  • 以客戶需求為中心，作為店鋪的專家，帶領團隊熟悉掌握產品知識，應用場景，高效完成貨品陳列，運營基礎等工作，及時發現問題解决問題，提出想法和優化的建議並協助實施落地。
  • 通過迴響和指導，以“為什麼”“做什麼”和“怎麼做”進行店內技能培訓，基於事實坦誠迴響，持續提升團隊成員技能，以不斷改善顧客體驗和團隊幸福感；
  • 熟悉產品知識和應用場景，總是主動探索傾聽顧客運動需求，熟練針對不同的運動需求提供專業的解決方案，針對新品發佈提前計畫產品培訓；
  • 按照陳列標準和新品計畫，提前規劃陳列調整計畫，包含穿搭建議，日常和季節性陳列調整；
  • 按照運營標準操作貨品管理（來貨/退貨/盤點/防損），收銀台管理（結帳/帳目核對/退換收銀系統操作），開關門，日常複盤等基礎工作；
  • 能主動且高品質的配合店長，帶領當班團隊完成日常工作計畫，做好工作的交接；
  • 通過主動分享品牌社群活動，售後服務政策等管道與顧客建立長期連結；
  • 支持On社群活動的準備和接待工作，協助活動的順利開展和提升到店體驗。
  • 對自我成長和發展負責，能够主動思考和店長一起製定自己的發展行動計畫。

  • 積極進取，具有團隊合作精神，能够比特顧客和團隊提供建議。
  • 有視覺陳列，服務培訓，產品培訓技巧的候選人優先考慮。
  • 具備基本英文接待顧客的溝通能力優先考慮。

We want to set everyone up for success, so here’s the lowdown on how we hire. Our process is a two-way street – bringing you into our culture, while helping us learn how you think.

Our full process can last about eight weeks from application to offer, because we care about getting it right. These steps explain how we usually do things.
