Your Mission

  • 熟悉品牌理念及品牌精神，能夠傳遞品牌故事，總是積極主動與顧客互動，打造熱情，多元的品牌體驗；
  • 熟悉產品知識和應用場景，主動探索傾聽顧客運動需求，能夠針對不同的運動需求提供專業的解決方案；
  • 按照陳列標準進行產品的陳列調整，包含日常補貨和季節性調整；
  • 按照運營標準操作貨品管理（來貨/退貨/盤點/防損），收銀臺管理（結賬/賬目核對/退換收銀系統操作），開關門，日常復盤等基礎工作；
  • 能主動且高質量的配合店長或者代班完成日常工作計劃，做好工作的交接；
  • 通過主動分享品牌社群活動，售後服務政策等方式與顧客建立長期鏈接。
  • 支持On社群活動的準備和接待工作，協助活動的順利開展和提升到店體驗。
  • 能夠主動對工作提出想法和優化的建議，積極參加店鋪會議分享反饋和店長及團隊共同達成店鋪行動計劃目標；
  • 基於店鋪項目製，主導產品培訓/社群/陳列/線上內容的相關部分。
  • 對自我成長和發展負責，能夠主動思考和店長一起製定自己的發展行動計劃。

We want to set everyone up for success, so here’s the lowdown on how we hire. Our process is a two-way street – bringing you into our culture, while helping us learn how you think.

Our full process can last about eight weeks from application to offer, because we care about getting it right. These steps explain how we usually do things.
