We are looking for fresh ideas, curious minds and passionate individuals ready to make a difference. Our internships generally last 6 months and you will be fully embedded in a team.
You will play a key role in making the On Internship Program a success. Being an intern yourself, you will act as the orchestrator of the Intern group; connecting, guiding and energizing the group.
You will plan and organize activities to foster engagement and collaboration within the intern community, gather feedback, and ensure transparent communication utilizing various channels.
You will be the main point of contact for interns, answer questions and provide essential information.
You will support us in identifying areas for improvement and play an active role in the recruitment of the next Intern batch.
You will collaborate across teams to organize projects and events with internal and external participants.
You are a natural organizer skillfully bringing groups together. You are enthusiastic about creating positive and inclusive experiences for others and never run out of creative ideas.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for people/talent development.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
You think critically, evaluating and improving processes to ensure they make sense and adapt when needed.
