Whether you’re looking to jump start your career or gain first hands-on experience in a new field, an internship at On offers you a unique growth experience, the chance to make an impact from day 1 and contribute to On’s growth journey. We are looking for fresh ideas, curious minds and passionate individuals ready to make a difference. Our internships generally last 6 months and you will be fully embedded in a team.

  • Duration: 6 months
  • Prerequisite: Interest in area relevant to the internship, passion for On, right to work in Switzerland

Your Mission

  • You will take full responsibility of owning the candidates’ communication, scheduling virtual and onsite interviews, booking candidate travel and act as a host for on-site interviews

  • You will establish and maintain collaborative, effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support an effective and timely interviewing process

  • You will use and maintain our ATS (candidate tracking system) to effectively track the interview process, ensure data integrity at every step, provide trainings and look for opportunities to automate and improve processes

  • You will manage different talent queries ranging from mobility assistance, pre-onboarding travels, HR events

  • You will handle other employee queries via internal ticketing system and support with creating and sending local documents

  • You studied, have first experience or are interested in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Recruitment Coordination, Candidate Experience, Customer Success

  • Have the ability to balance multiple priorities while meeting timelines is important

  • You are always striving to deliver excellence in every interaction and love to collaborate with others to solve problems

  • You are confident when driving processes and have the ability to quickly find solutions when needed

  • You are great at organisation and love to bring structure to how you work

  • You have the ability to build strong relationships with people

  • You bring a can-do attitude and see the opportunity in challenges

  • You have excellent communication skills in English (German is advantage)

  • You bring a growth mindset when developing your skills and constantly look for opportunities to learn

About the Team

We’re an EMEA team of Talent Lifecycle and Candidate Experience Specialists with a focus on providing an outstanding candidate and employee service. We’re candidate’s best friends and we work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to make sure that the candidates have the best possible experience from the beginning till the end of the recruiting process. Our scope of work and collaboration with different stakeholders ensure that ambitious projects move forward and help us showcase our unique culture during the interview process both virtually or onsite. We establish and improve processes that help us work efficiently while also continuously challenging the status quo and driving improvement in candidate experience projects.
