We are looking for fresh ideas, curious minds and passionate individuals ready to make a difference. Our internships generally last 6 months and you will be fully embedded in a team.

  • Duration: 6 months
  • Prerequisite: Interest in area relevant to the internship, passion for On, right to work in EU / Switzerland

Your Mission

  • Support the Legal Team on day-to-day contract reviews, such as non-disclosure agreements and data protection agreements.
  • Support Legal Team with multijurisdictional legal research.
  • Help the Legal Team with legal workshops.
  • Provide support for compliance programs, including On’s third-party risk management process.
  • Manage company policies that are owned by the Legal Team, including working with the design team, preparing internal communications and uploading policies to the intranet.
  • Help to optimize and maintain Legal Team electronic files and records.
  • Help coordinate team meetings, offsites and take meeting minutes.
  • Provide executive support to the General Counsel and other senior team members.
  • Support the Legal Team in various other internal and external projects.
  • Support the Head of Intellectual Property by managing our anticounterfeit case database.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments, industry trends, and best practices. - Your commitment to ongoing learning and professional development in the ever-evolving field of legal operations is crucial.

  • Master’s degree in Law is a must have.
  • Fluent in English and fluency in German is a strong advantage.
