We are looking for fresh ideas, curious minds and passionate individuals ready to make a difference. Our internships generally last 6 months and you will be fully embedded in a team.
You will play a pivotal role in developing leaders at On. You will ideate, design and execute programs that develop leadership skills and competencies.
You will plan and coordinate live and self-paced learning programs, managing all aspects of the learning experience including scheduling, communication, attendance tracking and post-session material development.
You will develop innovative leadership enablement initiatives such as toolkits for leaders and enhanced leadership development resources.
You will lead communication strategy and manage channels to effectively engage leaders and stakeholders on learning initiatives.
You have a background, experience, or strong interest in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or Learning & Development.
You are passionate about people, their career and development journeys and how to deliver a fantastic learning experience.
You are a quick learner with excellent project management skills, a results-driven mindset and a high degree of self-motivation.
You excel in organization and coordination, adept at managing multiple priorities and delivering on complex plans.
You approach challenges with a positive, can-do attitude, always seeking opportunities for growth and improvement.
