This pivotal role demands a mastery of technical innovation strategically fused with deep-seated consumer insights, defining the global trajectory of On's performance categories.
You will provide visionary and strategic leadership for all performance verticals, ensuring alignment with On’s global mission and long-term business objectives. As a strategic yet hands-on leader, you will bring cutting-edge products to market while optimizing processes, fostering innovation, and ensuring operational excellence across all functions.
With deep expertise in leading global Product organizations, you will inspire and mentor a talented product strategy team, setting new benchmarks for collaboration and innovation. You will ensure our product pipeline is both agile and world-class, balancing hands-on involvement to impact the present with strategic and visionary thinking to influence the company’s long-term trajectory.


As the product strategy team, we’re responsible for managing product creation from start to finish. Our cross functional interaction is driven by a consumer-focused mindset to ensure we create a product line that sells in and through.
