The world’s fastest-growing running brand is seeking a Business Controller to join the fast-paced Controlling team. With your business partnering experience you will serve a key role in the regional team and have a direct impact on the financial performance of our region. you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting business data to drive strategic decision-making. This is a highly cross-functional role that will need to partner with, coordinate and influence multiple departments, channels (Wholesale, Retail, eComm), and teams both within APAC and Globally. It’s a great chance to influence both existing and future business processes and strategies and allows the right candidate a chance to showcase best in class financial, retail and commercial knowledge.

Your Mission

  • Act as strategic finance partner of regional operation and group finance to cover the topic of Logistic, warehousing costs, product COGS and inventory management. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead operation cost management processes across the region, including budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure alignment between financial goals and operational performance.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Drive the annual budget process, ensuring that operation related cost targets are realistic and aligned with company strategy; Support business units with scenario planning and financial modeling to evaluate cost structures and identify risks and opportunities
  • Variance Analysis: Track and report on actual vs. budgeted / forecasted costs, providing root cause analysis and corrective actions when needed; Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, providing clear insights into cost performance and strategic recommendations.
  • Lead regular business review meetings, provide support and guidance to cross-functional teams, including operations, logistic, Supply chain team monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement to streamline operations and optimize resource allocation. Coordinate ad-hoc projects across the APAC region

Your story

  • 10+ years experience in operation cost management, or FP&A in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, ideally with focus on warehouse&logistic controlling is preferred. Experience in the sport or consumer goods industry is a plus.
  • Education of Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills. Familiar with financial planning and analysis tools such as Anaplan or Power BI is a plus.
  • Highly detail-oriented and strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent English, communication, presentation skills
