Apply for this roleThe Color Management will ensure the color of the Apparel & Accessories materials by controlling the consistency of the colors from T2 suppliers.
LD & 1st bulk approval for Apparel & Accessories materials for color, hand-feel, quality.
Provide comments/direction to the factories for LD, first bulk, & running bulk production in the SmartSheet for T1 & T2 Follow accordingly.
Ensuring ontime approval of KPIs through the looker dashboard.
Review the testing reports from 3rd party & in-house supplier reports to confirm they meet the On's requirements.
Send the sign-off 1st lot swatch to T1 & T2 for running bulk approval.
Review the quality performance of suppliers & take action for improvement.
3-5 years relevant work experience in textile color approval.
Knowledge of textile material, color theory, lab testing.
Familiar with Data color spectrophotometer.
Must be driven & able to work in a fast-paced environment.
User proficiency in Excel/Powerport, Smartsheet, PLM, and data visualization tools.
Highly organized – able to deal with multiple activities and meetings with suppliers & factories.
Good spoken & written English.
This role is crucial to the Sourcing team and the cross-functional Apparel & Accessories organization. Based in Hanoi, Vietnam. Your contract will be signed with On's agent.
