Apply for this roleAs Senior Lead Global Merchandiser Footwear Wholesale you will be responsible for ensuring the right products go to the right account/channels, with the correct tiering, with the best timing and price, to optimise our premium brand vision and the selling/ profitability. You will secure the assortment across Footwear, linked to Accessories and apparel, developing and implementing our global brand strategy, by gaining customer insights from working closely with our Regional Merchandising & Sales teams to provide feedback and analysis to influence our range going forward.
You will be a leader in forecasting and utilising new tools for data analysis and turning your findings into short term actions and long-term strategies.
This role offers autonomy and an interesting challenge, in which your goal is to embed Merchandising into the culture of On. The position is based in Zurich.
You will be part of the Global Commercial strategy team, we’re at the heart of the engine. Working directly with experts in fields such as Development, Design, Innovation, and Marketing to create something extraordinary.
