Your Mission

  • 熟悉品牌理念及品牌精神，关注On昂跑的全球活动和项目（如可持续发展、运动员故事），能够持续准确地传递品牌故事；
  • 以客户需求为中心，作为店铺的专家，带领团队熟悉掌握产品知识，应用场景，高效完成货品陈列，运营基础等工作，及时发现问题解决问题，提出想法和优化的建议并协助实施落地。
  • 通过回响和指导，以“为什么”“做什么”和“怎么做”进行店内技能培训，基于事实坦诚回响，持续提升团队成员技能，以不断改善顾客体验和团队幸福感；
  • 熟悉产品知识和应用场景，总是主动探索倾听顾客运动需求，熟练针对不同的运动需求提供专业的解决方案，针对新品发布提前计划产品培训；
  • 按照陈列标准和新品计划，提前规划陈列调整计划，包含穿搭建议，日常和季节性陈列调整；
  • 按照运营标准操作货品管理（来货/退货/盘点/防损），收银台管理（结帐/帐目核对/退换收银系统操作），开关门，日常复盘等基础工作；
  • 能主动且高品质的配合店长，带领当班团队完成日常工作计划，做好工作的交接；
  • 通过主动分享品牌社群活动，售后服务政策等管道与顾客建立长期连结；
  • 支持On社群活动的准备和接待工作，协助活动的顺利开展和提升到店体验。
  • 对自我成长和发展负责，能够主动思考和店长一起制定自己的发展行动计划。

  • 积极进取，具有团队合作精神，能够比特顾客和团队提供建议。
  • 有视觉陈列，服务培训，产品培训技巧的候选人优先考虑。
  • 具备基本英文接待顾客的沟通能力优先考虑。

We want to set everyone up for success, so here’s the lowdown on how we hire. Our process is a two-way street – bringing you into our culture, while helping us learn how you think.

Our full process can last about eight weeks from application to offer, because we care about getting it right. These steps explain how we usually do things.
