Global Head of Retail
On's Store Leader based in Seoul, will help shape and define how the most exciting and fastest growing global sportswear brand in the world will operate On’s first store in South Korea. This role is responsible for the store's overall performance and delivering exceptional customer service every day. You will leverage your leadership skills and business savviness to help make the store a huge success.
By continuously embodying and communicating On’s values and brand philosophy to internal and external customers, you will have the opportunity to create an inclusive workplace culture by treating all employees and customers with respect. By developing inclusive connections with partners and influential community figures, and actively participating in diverse community initiatives and resources, you will be enhancing brand recognition within the broader community in a new market.
Physical Demands: This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, climbing stairs, and standing for consecutive hours. It also includes stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time; travel percentage will fluctuate based on business needs
Working hours: This role will need to have the ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
