Your Mission

As the Head of AI, you will be the driving force behind our AI initiatives, focusing on marketing, personalization, and the core AI platform. Your mission encompasses:

Strategic AI Leadership:

  • Contribute to a compelling AI vision and strategy aligned with On's overall business objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities across marketing, personalization, and the AI platform.
  • Drive the adoption of AI best practices and foster a culture of AI innovation across the organization.

Stakeholder Management & Influence:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, product teams, marketing, and engineering.
  • Effectively communicate the value and impact of AI initiatives to diverse audiences, from technical experts to business leaders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader on AI, influencing decision-making and driving alignment across the organization.

AI Platform & Solution Delivery:

  • Provide strategic guidance and oversight for the development and implementation of On's AI platform.
  • Ensure the platform is scalable, reliable, and capable of supporting the evolving needs of the business.
  • Lead the delivery of high-impact AI solutions in marketing and personalization, including causal inference and MMM models.

Team Leadership & Mentorship:

  • Inspire and empower a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance, supporting the professional development of team members.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the AI team and across the organization.

  • AI Leadership: You have a proven track record of leading complex AI/ML initiatives and providing guidance to AI/ML teams. You navigate rapid change and ambiguity with ease, driving successful outcomes in high-velocity settings..
  • Exceptional Communicator: You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively convey complex technical information to diverse audiences, from junior engineers to senior leadership. You are passionate about sharing your knowledge and mentoring others.
