Your Mission

  • Lead creative teams across global movement lifestyle campaigns featuring high-impact talent.
  • Collaborate closely with strategists, identifying what matters most to our communities.
  • Develop creative concepts that can solve complex challenges in innovative ways.
  • Generate ideas for established and emerging platforms, delivering solutions that create business impact and cultural moments.
  • Collaborate with creatives, designers, and production to execute ideas with creative excellence, preserving the integrity of the core idea.
  • Inspire and lead by example, being proactive and providing guidance for the team and the department.

Your story

  • The craft of a great story is something you instinctively understand and you’re passionate about seeking out compelling angles and topics.
  • You have 7-10 years of experience from creative agencies where you’ve held positions in that include copywriting and creative direction
  • You have excellent presentation skills and are comfortable leveraging input from multiple stakeholders and consolidating it to a clear direction for your team.
  • You are a digital native and have an instinctive understanding of how to impact social and online channels.
  • Your ideas are not limited to a particular medium, but they encompass all possible elements of consumer journey.
  • You are a problem solver at heart, quickly adapting to new challenges and opportunities as they arise.

We want to set everyone up for success, so here’s the lowdown on how we hire. Our process is a two-way street – bringing you into our culture, while helping us learn how you think.

Our full process can last about eight weeks from application to offer, because we care about getting it right. These steps explain how we usually do things.
