As we deploy On’s omni-channel strategy, as the fastest growing premium sportswear brand, we are seeking a dynamic, Sales and versatile Omni-channel Senior Lead to build and lead our strategic vision.

This position will be instrumental in elevating our brand through compelling experiences. If you are passionate about sports and movement lifestyle, hold a deep understanding of wholesale, retail, omni channel, and bring proven experience developing and executing strategies that inspire our communities through a curated premium wholesale distribution, and an innovative DTC experience then read On.

Your Mission

  • Commercial Process Optimization: Evaluate and optimize sales processes, identifying gaps and working with the Head of Commercial MENA & CEE to standardize workflows.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Align distributor market operations with EMEA Sales Enablement processes, collaborating with VM, sales operations, planning, merchandising, and finance teams to enhance efficiency.
  • Seasonal GTM Execution: Support and streamline the seasonal GTM process for distributors, ensuring alignment with global strategy and efficient execution across markets.
  • Commercial Tools & Resources: Adapt and implement sales tools for distributors, ensuring accessibility, guidance, and continuous improvement through team feedback.
  • Content Management: Develop and maintain a centralized repository for commercial enablement materials, ensuring content is updated and easily accessible.
  • Commercial Training & Onboarding: Support onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing partners’ teams.
  • Showroom & Trade Asset Support: Collaborate with VM teams to implement showroom and SiS in distributor markets.
  • Data Sharing & Pricing Alignment: Work with commercial and pricing teams to establish data-sharing processes and ensure appropriate pricing strategies.
  • Workshops & Team Building: Organize initiatives like workshops and team-building activities to upskill and strengthen the commercial team force.

Your story

  • Proven experience in multi-channel management, preferably in a distributor-operated retail environment. Commercial experience in Wholesale, retail , or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the sports and movement lifestyle industry. You have a genuine interest in running, fitness, and/or movement lifestyle.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate and improve sales processes. Proficient in using data analytics tools.
  • Ability to identify gaps and recommend standardizations to workflows. -Familiarity with process optimization tools and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in executing GTM strategies and processes.
  • Ability to ensure alignment with global strategies and tailor them for local markets.
  • Strong feedback and improvement skills to enhance tool usability.
  • You thrive in diverse, global, multicultural environments, demonstrating cultural fluency and thriving amidst multicultural dynamics.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of any other language is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • You thrive when you don’t have all the answers, you work strategically, efficiently and autonomously in order to turn ideas into reality.

Through our commitment to excellence in distribution, we aim to elevate On's brand presence, drive sustainable growth, and contribute to On's journey to become the most premium global sportswear brand: built on innovation, design and sustainability. Our team takes On to new heights and broader horizons with the aim to connect the brand to more communities across EMEAs growth markets.

On’s Distributors’s Senior Enablement Lead will be the bridge between On and our EMEA distributor’s dedicated On team. You will report to the Head of Distributors EMEA; joining a growing EMEA Distributors team and wider EMEA Commercial team at On.
