As we continue our own retail expansion, aiming to have 70+ On stores by the end of 2025, we are seeking a dynamic, structured, and process driven Senior Director of Brand Experience to lead our global team. This role will be instrumental in elevating our brand through compelling experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sports and lifestyle, a deep understanding of retail, events, and visual merchandising, and the ability to develop and execute strategies that inspire our communities through innovative physical experiences.
As the Senior Director of Brand Experience, you will lead a talented and diverse team consisting of retail marketing, visual experience, olympics marketing, brand events, and brand environments. The brand environments team is further divided into design and build, responsible for designing and creating captivating spaces for B2B, D2C, events and office spaces. Together, our mission is to continue positioning On as a premium sportswear brand, with a strong focus on performance running, and deliver exceptional experiences to our visitors worldwide. Based in Zurich you will have the feel for what is globally needed for On’s brand experiences, maintaining a strong connection with regional counterparts.
