Our Talent team is expanding with the growth of On and we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join us in this journey as a Senior Specialist, Talent Growth. We are looking for someone who has a passion for development and has successfully scaled and delivered innovative learning experiences.
Leveraging your experience building strong cross-functional global and regional partnerships, you will scale programs and tools that boost the business and strengthen On teams, focusing on onboarding, mind/body/purpose, leadership development, team performance programming and more through the lens of On’s culture.
You will scale and generate engagement around global learning experiences & tools across the APAC region.
An expert in the region, you will help shape our regional point of view within learning experiences, balancing brand with local cultural relevance.
You will facilitate key sessions as needed, including train-the-trainer sessions, empowering trainers and champions to support global team upskilling.
You will develop and implement an evaluation strategy for tracking KPIs and program results by leveraging data and insights.
You will represent the Growth team within the APAC region stakeholders.
You will ideate and iterate learning programs, incorporating ongoing feedback and incorporating innovation as needed.
You have deep expertise in learning program development with 5+ years of relevant experience.
You are fluent in English and Mandarin
You have experience scaling learning experiences within different regions and have a solid understanding of applying a cultural lens to your work.
You learn quickly with solid project and stakeholder management skills, are results-driven, and self-motivated.
You are passionate about people, career growth, and delivering exceptional learning experiences.
You are fueled by a passion for learning and talent development, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
You excel at cross-functional collaboration, knowledge-sharing and actively seek opportunities to enhance our work environment.

You are flexible for occasional travel to different store locations.
