Your Mission

  • Lead strategic and operational projects on-site with On’s Light Spray Footwear sourcing partner(s), establish Key Performance Matrix, and facilitate our partners to build strong and sustainable performances in all areas, including but not limited to production and planning, product development, commercialization, cost efficiency, compliance and sustainability initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with the factory partner’s management team, influence the partner’s culture and quality mindset; ensure implementation of On’s standards in the factory.
  • Closely collaborate cross-functionally with product creation, supply chain, material, costing, and sustainability teams, in both Zurich and in Asia and T1/T2 suppliers on all operations tasks
  • Manage and monitor factory development and production capacity to accompany On’s volume growth, manage potential risks and key bottlenecks
  • Ensure best practices, cohesive messages are constantly implemented and shared among teams
  • Lead a cross-functional team on-site, to perform and achieve team objectives, guide and develop team members to unleash their potential.

Your story

  • You should have a minimum of 8–10 years of relevant experience in Footwear sourcing, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong expertise in product development & commercialization processes.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations & quality assurance standards.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, open-minded approach.
  • Passion for innovation and differentiation, with a strong drive for excellence.
  • Ability to balance creativity and structure, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • This role is based in either Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, or Busan, Korea, with a willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as required.
