The Senior Lead - Real Estate, Leasing & Development will report to the Head of Real Estate & Development for the Americas region. In this pivotal role, you will drive the expansion and management of our retail and office footprint across North and South America. You’ll oversee site selection, lease negotiations, and the broader development process to ensure our physical spaces support On’s omnichannel growth strategy and brand experience.

Your Mission

  • Lead alignment with regional Sales, Marketing, and Retail Operations teams to ensure leasing strategies directly support omnichannel growth, brand storytelling, and key city priorities

  • Build and nurture strong external partnerships with landlords and brokers who understand premium retail and brand-driven environments

  • Present shortlisted site opportunities for leadership review and approval, clearly articulating strategic fit based on brand positioning, target consumer alignment, and sales potential

  • Evaluate opportunities against On’s real estate principles, including brand adjacency, foot traffic relevance, and market impact potential

  • Lead lease negotiations, securing financial and operational terms that drive profitability, sustainability, and operational excellence across retail and office spaces

  • Partner with internal Design and Construction teams to validate site feasibility, ensuring locations meet brand experience standards and critical launch timelines

Your story

  • 7+ years of real estate experience in leasing, brokerage, or development, ideally within premium retail environments

  • Deep knowledge in lease contracts, with a solid understanding of real estate, construction, financial, and legal frameworks across premium retail locations in the Americas

  • Experience negotiating complex deals with small and large retail locations across North America (South America experience a plus)

  • Deep knowledge of premium retail markets, real estate trends, and brand positioning strategies across the Americas

  • Ability to build and assess financial models to support site selection, lease terms, and deal profitability

Typical cash compensation range for this position inclusive of base + bonus: $109,000-$136,000. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate including experience, industry knowledge, qualifications, skill set, and location. Certain roles may be eligible for equity compensation in addition to cash compensation. At On we understand cash compensation is just one piece of your total rewards package.
