As a member of the Innovation Management team, you will drive impactful and scalable product innovation across the company by fostering a culture of innovation and excellence through defining ways of working, developing processes and tools, and driving the efficient management of innovation resources.
Your mission is to amplify Innovation’s impact by building solid operational structures that foster a culture of Innovation and excellence. You will achieve this by driving operational excellence and strategic alignment within and beyond the Innovation team– defining processes and tools aligned with those from the organisation, as well as, developing clear roadmaps for implementing strategic improvements across Innovation and the product organization.
As an Innovation Management Senior Specialist – Operational Excellence you will:
You will be part of the dynamic and entrepreneurial Innovation Management team, a group of strategic doers and skilled professionals dedicated to fostering a culture of product innovation and collaboration across the organization. We act as the business and commercial amplifiers and advisors to the Innovation Team through ideation and product creation processes. We assess the business impact of new projects, define and build partnerships with strategic players, and take ownership for the roll-out of key innovation projects across the organization.
