As a Product GTM Calendar and Planning Lead, you will be the strategic force behind the development and execution of end-to-end product creation calendars. You will own the orchestration of key timelines and interdependent workflows across multiple cross-functional teams. With a sharp focus on optimizing speed-to-market and process efficiency, you’ll lead the planning and implementation of innovative creation strategies, including short-lead-time product initiatives for the footwear division. Your expertise in planning tools - particularly Smartsheet - will be critical in driving operational excellence across the product lifecycle, from ideation through retail delivery.

Your Mission

  • Lead the definition, structuring, and ongoing management of comprehensive product creation calendars, ensuring alignment from initial concept through commercialisation for the footwear division.
  • Participate in key milestone meetings with executive leadership, ensuring decision clarity, timely escalation, and alignment on next steps.
  • Foster strong collaboration with many cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Design, Development, Materials, and Sourcing, to secure essential alignment, as well as inputs to maintain calendar accuracy.
  • Provide clear, actionable reporting and progress documentation to stakeholders, enabling visibility and accountability across teams.
  • Partner with the wider Operational Excellence team on initiatives to enhance product-specific and short lead time planning processes, accelerating the time-to-market for new product briefs.

Your story

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Science, or a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, or a closely related discipline that bridges business and technical expertise.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Critical Path Planning, with a strong preference for experience in footwear.
  • Demonstrated success as a strategic leader in the end-to-end development and execution of product creation calendars, managing critical timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional workflows from ideation through retail launch.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects with high visibility at the leadership and executive levels, ensuring transparency, alignment, and timely decision-making.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and strategic planning abilities, with the capacity to connect operational detail to larger business objectives and commercial success.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Smartsheet, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Google Sheets and Slides. Strong preference for candidates experienced in dashboard creation, workflow automation, and cross-functional planning tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to drive alignment across global, cross-functional teams - even in fast-paced, ambiguous, or evolving environments.
  • A proactive and accountable approach to project management, with a consistent record of problem-solving, operational execution, and delivering measurable results under tight deadlines.
