Your Mission

As an integral force supporting our executive team members, you support them operating at their peak. Your proactive nature, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to navigate complexity make you an ideal candidate. You are resourceful, consistently think several steps ahead, connect strategic dots, demonstrate strong ownership, and excel working independently to drive excellence.

  • You will actively contribute to our culture by organizing team events, offsites, and meetings, fostering a positive and collaborative environment for the team and key stakeholders
  • You will ensure the seamless execution of all administrative and organizational tasks, consistently anticipating respective needs, to ensure proactive support
  • You will expertly manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and stakeholder coordination, acting as a highly effective gatekeeper to optimize the executive's time and ensure seamless organization
  • You proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they arise, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving capabilities
  • You will manage information flow with exceptional timeliness and accuracy, skillfully prioritizing tasks behind the scenes to ensure efficiency
  • You manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
  • You will provide support to the wider team by aligning schedules and contributing to projects as required, demonstrating your collaborative spirit
  • Last but not least: You are willing to go the extra mile. You can provide flexibility and adaptability to yours hours if needed

Your story

  • Your personal drive and willingness to deliver your best is infectious, and you thrive in being part of a growth journey
  • You bring 5+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable role, providing comprehensive support to key leadership members
  • You demonstrate strong independent thinking and a proactive approach to decision-making, even in high-pressure situations
  • You possess top-notch communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members, internal stakeholders, and external partners
  • You are enthusiastic about operating at the intersection of various key functions within a rapidly growing organization
  • You demonstrate excellence in creative problem-solving, coupled with a growth mindset and a strong "can-do" attitude focused on achieving superior results
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset that thrives being challenged
  • Fluent in German and English (both verbally and written)
  • Proficiency in Google Drive
