The Senior Specialist - Visual Merchandising (VM) role will report to the Lead - Visual Merchandising on the Brand Experience team supporting On’s B2B and Wholesale channels. You’ll help shape how the world’s fastest-growing sportswear brand shows up at retail. You’ll be responsible for elevating our visual merchandising standards across shop-in-shops, showrooms, and key account doors—ensuring a consistent, premium brand experience. This role blends styling, training, and execution to bring product stories to life and drive excellence across all B2B environments.

Your Mission

  • Elevate and maintain On’s visual standards across all B2B doors, shop-in-shops, and showrooms
  • Partner with Key Account and Regional Merchandising teams to deliver strong seasonal stories that align with VM standards
  • Support shop-in-shop and showroom installations—from seasonal resets to key brand moments
  • Collaborate with Retail Design and Retail Marketing to execute best-in-class in-store campaigns
  • Manage seasonal showroom setups for sell-in, ensuring a polished, high-impact presentation
  • Partner with Global VM Designers to develop training materials and regional VM tools
  • Oversee external VM agencies, driving consistent field execution through training, communication, and feedback
  • Ensure alignment with DTC visual merchandising to create a unified brand presence across channels
  • Conduct market research and trend scouting to evolve our B2B visual storytelling

Your story

  • 6+ years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser, preferably ideally with a wholesale or B2B focus
  • Experience with and comfortable with hands-on execution for windows, in-store installs, and events
  • Experience managing agency partners
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
  • A strong fashion sensibility and deep understanding of the retail landscape
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% to On’s global hubs and key accounts

Typical cash compensation range for this position inclusive of base + bonus: $99,000-$121,000. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate including experience, industry knowledge, qualifications, skill set, and location. Certain roles may be eligible for equity compensation in addition to cash compensation. At On we understand cash compensation is just one piece of your total rewards package.
