Specialist, Apparel Product Manager
On is looking for a Process Improvement Lead to optimize operations within our Innovation, Design, Development, Material, and Sourcing teams.
In this role, you'll analyze, design, implement, and sustain process improvements to drive continuous company performance and operational excellence. You'll work autonomously on diverse challenges, leveraging your expertise in project management, collaborative thinking, stakeholder management, consulting, and communication.

The Product Operational Excellence team consists of a group of 3 subteams that empower people and productivity through meaningful collaboration and a positive mindset. We strive to rethink the status quo and grow together. We ensure the correct information flow across internal and external teams and streamline operations by managing calendars, improving product data quality, managing projects & continuously improving processes while driving tangible results, and synthesizing data across many channels. With a global mindset and commitment to operational excellence, we support On's Product teams worldwide.
