Welcome to On! One of the fastest growing premium sportswear brands is looking for a Senior Specialist - Sales Representative to continue to drive profitable and sustainable sales and market share growth across On’s Belgium & Netherlands (BeNe) accounts whilst elevating the ON brand in the eyes of the customer. You will join an established and growing BeNe Sales team who are continuing to ignite spirits and spread On’s mission and innovative products across these markets and beyond.

Your Mission

  • To represent our strategic Field accounts across the BeNe market
  • Acting internally as an ‘ambassador’ towards all functions and vice versa and help manage all interfaces 
  • To be the expert and key contact for assigned accounts and categories both internally and externally
  • To support the development of account strategies, formalizing them via Strategic Account Plans and in alignment to the overall business and brand strategy
  • To lead the sell-in aligned to Seasonal priorities and ensure tools in place to execute sell out.
  • Agree on sell-out support where needed and formalize this via account marketing plans
  • To monitor sell-out and ensure timely order book conversion
  • To provide a regular forecast to support the monthly and annual financial target
  • To support negotiation and enforcement of ON trade terms 
  • To measure progress on own KPIs 
  • To monitor and report on customers and competitors activities and propose/initiate/take actions    
  • To provide realistic plans and forecasts on customer performance

Your story

  • Typically+3 years proven experience in an Account Management or similar strategic client management position
  • Proven sales experience ideally within sports, fashion or retail sectors
  • Strong industry knowledge, across divisions of footwear and apparel ideally within the Sporting goods and or Fashion industry
  • Proven track record in B2B account management, relationship building, meeting targets, and forecasting.
  • Valid EU drivers license and fully comfortable to travel for business
  • Fluent or C1+ proficiency in Dutch, English and preference for French is a must for this position due to the regional needs of accounts
  • Strong communication skills: written, oral and presentation
  • Proven experience in Selling and Negotiating
  • Analytics: ability to analyse data to improve strategic decision making and implementation 
  • Understanding of local markets’ consumers, accounts and commercial needs 
  • Strong business acumen, strategic, numerical, analytical and critical problem solving mindset: ability to analyse data to improve strategic decision making and implementation 
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments and drives innovation to strengthen key accounts.

You will join an established and evolving BeNe Sales team and continue to accelerate On’s success in the region. You will drive profitable and sustainable sales and market share growth within assigned accounts and all target categories whilst elevating the On brand in the eyes of the customer.

You will report directly to the Head of Sales, Belgium & Netherlands and will be part of the wider EMEA North Sales Subregional team.
