We're looking for a Key Account Services Specialist - Retail Operations to join our vibrant and energetic team! In this role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail stores across EMEA, focusing on inventory management, order fulfillment, and process optimization.

Your story

  • You will be the first point of contact to manage inbound and outbound orders, including daily replenishment from our third-party warehouse to stores and product returns from stores to the warehouse.
  • You will be the main point of contact to manage the delivery for the stores. You'll answer questions about transfer orders (TO) and Intercompany PO/SO, and streamline communications with our third-party warehouse.
  • You will be working across functional departments including: 3PL, Marketing, Inventory, Key account service and System Specialists.
  • You will troubleshoot error messages within Microsoft Dynamics (D365) and other systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • You will support new stores with account setup and order placement, collaborating with the Merchandising team on launch orders.
  • You will have a crucial role in evaluating current processes and courageously provide creative solutions to drive continuous enhancements in retail operations.
  • Support other Key Account Services teams during peak or low pick periods, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative spirit.

About the Team

  • 3+ years of experience in a retail operations, supply chain, or logistics role, specifically with a focus on inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse coordination.
  • Demonstrated experience with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), including troubleshooting error messages and managing order processes (TOs, Intercompany PO/SO).
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound operations and effective communication.
  • Experience in process improvement, with a history of identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions to optimize operational workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance retail operations.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Inventory, Merchandising, 3PL) and providing clear, concise support to retail stores.
  • Experience supporting new store openings, including account setup and initial order placements.
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including PivotTables and LOOKUP functions.
  • Ability to work autonomously, managing multiple priorities and projects with minimal supervision
