You will play a critical role in building the infrastructure, teams, and partner network needed to support rapid growth, while ensuring exceptional, premium delivery experience and cost-effective execution across all channels. Your Mission

  • Co-develop and lead the long-range logistics strategy for the Americas region, aligning it with both regional growth targets and global operational capabilities.

  • Establish strong relationships and manage to a high level of premium performance with key logistics partners within our 3PL and carrier network. Monitor regional contracts, oversee performance metrics, ensure timely delivery of our apparel, accessories, and footwear products and support onboarding of new nodes and service models.
  • Serve as the D&L lead in S&OP/S&OE execution and GTM operations planning across channels, aligning supply with demand, minimizing stockouts and excess inventory.
