Apply for this role(opens in a new tab)As Director of Global Demand & Supply Planning, you will lead the creation of an optimal global demand–supply match to serve our customers worldwide. Your organization will enable On to achieve its long-term growth goals by delivering industry-leading On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) fulfillment.
You will oversee global capacity planning, long-range demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory strategy, integrating AI-driven insights and advanced analytics to boost forecasting accuracy, agility, and efficiency. You will champion intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and data-driven decision-making to free your team from manual processes and enable them to focus on high-value planning.
Your leadership will ensure excellence in global planning processes, aligning with On’s strategic objectives while delivering a premium customer experience for both internal and external stakeholders—and fostering a culture that reflects the On spirit of innovation and performance.
