Apply for this role(opens in a new tab)As Senior Director Integrated End-to-End Planning, you will be a key member of On’s senior Supply Chain leadership team, reporting directly to the Chief Supply Chain Officer. You will define and execute On’s end-to-end global planning strategy, spanning demand, supply, inventory, analytics, and product lifecycle management.
You will partner closely with the Commercial circle and Finance leadership to ensure planning processes drive profitable growth, precision forecasting, and a premium customer journey. With full accountability for the global Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, you will deliver visibility, agility, and alignment across the enterprise - anchored by AI/ML forecasting, predictive analytics, dashboards, and digital twins.
Beyond internal transformation, you will represent On externally as a thought leader in planning excellence, showcasing our innovations at global industry forums, building external partnerships, and continuously benchmarking against the best in class.
This is a transformational leadership role: setting the strategic vision, elevating organizational capabilities, and ensuring On delivers on its Long-Range Plan (LRP) ambitions while embedding a best-in-class, end-to-end planning culture globally.

Your team will deliver end-to-end visibility through advanced analytics and dashboards, enabling precision forecasting and alignment with On’s commercial priorities. Together, you will establish On as a global benchmark for planning excellence, building a world-class, AI-enabled planning organization that delivers on the LRP ambitions while keeping the consumer journey at the center of every decision.
