Senior Director: Integrated End-to-End Planning

In short

As Senior Director Integrated End-to-End Planning, you will be a key member of On’s senior Supply Chain leadership team, reporting directly to the Chief Supply Chain Officer. You will define and execute On’s end-to-end global planning strategy, spanning demand, supply, inventory, analytics, and product lifecycle management.

You will partner closely with the Commercial circle and Finance leadership to ensure planning processes drive profitable growth, precision forecasting, and a premium customer journey. With full accountability for the global Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, you will deliver visibility, agility, and alignment across the enterprise - anchored by AI/ML forecasting, predictive analytics, dashboards, and digital twins.

Beyond internal transformation, you will represent On externally as a thought leader in planning excellence, showcasing our innovations at global industry forums, building external partnerships, and continuously benchmarking against the best in class.

This is a transformational leadership role: setting the strategic vision, elevating organizational capabilities, and ensuring On delivers on its Long-Range Plan (LRP) ambitions while embedding a best-in-class, end-to-end planning culture globally.

Your Mission

  • Set the Global Strategy – Define and execute the enterprise-wide vision for end-to-end planning, ensuring delivery against On’s LRP ambitions and growth objectives.
  • Enterprise Leadership – Act as a senior leader and strategic advisor to the CSCO and executive team, ensuring planning aligns consumer demand, commercial priorities, and operational execution.
  • Own Global IBP – Lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process globally, ensuring rigorous demand & supply reviews, data-driven insights, and executive visibility for critical decision-making.
  • Reporting & Analytics Leadership – Build and own global reporting, analytics, and executive dashboards, providing AI/ML-enabled real-time insights to drive precision, transparency, and alignment.
  • Advance AI & Predictive Transformation – Embed predictive analytics, AI/ML forecasting, digital twins, and automation across planning processes to elevate speed, agility, and accuracy.
  • Product Lifecycle & Portfolio Integration – Oversee the seamless integration of product launches, transitions, and end-of-life strategies into global and regional plans, maximizing service levels and profitability.
  • Global Team & Capability Development – Build and mentor a high-performing global planning organization, enhancing skills in end-to-end planning, analytics, and forecasting precision. Establish career pathways and succession pipelines to grow future leaders.
  • Embed a Planning Mindset – Drive a cultural shift towards precision forecasting, consumer-centricity, and continuous improvement, positioning planning as a competitive advantage.
  • Sustainability & Innovation – Ensure planning integrates sustainability, minimizing waste, optimizing logistics, and improving environmental impact.
  • External Visibility & Thought Leadership – Represent On in industry forums, conferences, and networks as a leader in global planning excellence. Build external partnerships, shape best practices, and establish On as a benchmark for advanced planning capability.

    Your story

    • 15+ years of progressive global leadership experience in demand, supply, and integrated planning within sportswear, fashion, consumer goods, or related industries.
    • Executive-level experience with accountability for global planning strategy, large-scale teams, and enterprise decision-making.
    • Deep expertise in IBP, demand forecasting, supply optimization, inventory strategy, reporting & analytics, and product lifecycle management.
    • Proven record of delivering on long-range plans (LRP) through integrated commercial, financial, and operational planning.
    • Recognized leader in digital and analytics transformation, embedding AI/ML forecasting, dashboards, and predictive tools at scale.
    • Extensive experience partnering with C-suite executives to align planning with growth, profitability, and resilience objectives.
    • Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality, with the ability to dive into the details and work directly with your team to solve complex problems and enable execution.
    • Fluent English Language skills.
