With your business partnering experience and your top-notch analytical skills, you will shape and own the analytical backbone of our global supply chain — steering how we define, measure, and optimize performance across planning, transportation, logistics, and inventory. You will lead and develop a team of analysts, partner closely with Supply Chain leadership, and design scalable business rules and tools that enable data-driven decision making across the organization. Critical to the success of this role is a collaborative and curious mindset, a desire to influence On’s growth journey and an ability to understand your audience and communicate your message clearly.
The Integrated Planning team are the strategic integrators of On. We partner across the company to orchestrate end-to-end planning and analytics across the entire product lifecycle. Combining financial data with product, commercial and supply chain data we provide visibility and analytics for decision making to power scalable growth at On. We deliver innovation in how we work, and excellence in all that we do. We specialize in accurate planning, analysis and clear and simple reporting to drive impactful actions. We act as the bridge between On’s planning teams - gathering and understanding all perspectives, and ensure that accountability and accuracy is at the forefront of how we plan.
