Your Mission

Learning & Development

  • Craft and scale global learning experiences that unlock potential at every level, from interns to execs.
  • Design best-in-class leadership development programs tailored to On’s pace, culture, and future needs.
  • Drive continuous learning, blended, bold, and built for impact.

Performance & Talent Management

  • Lead the design and execution of our performance approach, empowering high performers and fuelling team growth.
  • Shape and run our talent management cycle, including feedback, succession planning, and development tools.
  • Embed a performance culture rooted in trust, clarity, and ambition.

Organisational Design & Effectiveness

  • Partner with leadership and HR to design agile, high-performing org structures that match our scale and ambition.
  • Use data and diagnostics (engagement, performance, structure) to identify opportunities and improve team health.
  • Champion thoughtful, human-centred change, balancing stability and evolution.

Future Talent

  • Oversee and scale our global intern and apprenticeship programs, building the pipeline for On’s next generation.
  • Ensure early-career experiences are structured, inspiring, and tied to real business outcomes.

Cross-Functional Partnership & Influence

  • Work closely across Talent, and senior leadership to co-create solutions that drive business goals.
  • Build strong connections across geographies and functions, influencing through insight, not hierarchy.

Data & Impact

  • Define success metrics across learning, performance, and org effectiveness. Use insights and feedback to iterate and improve, continuously.
  • Tell a clear, compelling story of impact, grounded in data, amplified by outcomes.

Team Leadership

  • Build, coach, and scale a high-performing, multidisciplinary team across L&D, Performance, OD/Effectiveness, and Early Careers.
  • Be a beacon of culture and leadership, leading with purpose, clarity, and care.

    Your story

    Experience

    • 10+ years in global Talent Development, Learning, and OD/Effectiveness roles, ideally in large, complex, high-growth environments (+3,000 FTEs / +$4B revenue).
    • Proven strategic planning and execution across performance, learning, and organisational development.
    • Experience leading large, diverse teams across geographies and disciplines.
    • Strong background in change management and transformation in matrixed organisations.
    • Bonus points for experience in fast-paced, creative or innovation-led companies (e.g. tech, media, consumer, sportswear).
