This high-impact role leads a dedicated team in identifying, implementing, and scaling technology-driven improvements across supply chain operations — from product origin to distribution centers and outbound transportation. The position will also work closely with third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure their initiatives align with our transformation goals, delivering measurable efficiency, cost savings, and service enhancements.
You'll be joining the Global Supply Chain Transformation team, a team focused on reshaping our global supply chain to drive scalable growth at On. We are the strategic drivers of change, partnering with stakeholders across the company to implement new standards, best practices, and innovative technologies that will transform how we operate.
