Apply for this role(opens in a new tab)As the Head of Talent Operations, Americas, you will be responsible for the full scope of our talent operations, ensuring all processes from payroll and benefits to contracts and HR compliance run with precision and care for both our corporate and retail populations. Reporting to the Director of Talent, Americas and sitting on the Americas Talent Team, you will serve as the functional expert for the region, partnering closely with global systems and stakeholders to build a scalable and human-centered foundation for our growth across the US, Brazil, Canada, and Latin America.
