We're searching for a dynamic Director of Talent Acquisition, Europe to lead recruitment for our rapidly growing teams across the region. You’ll drive hiring efforts for key functions — including product, tech, and global roles — based in our HQ and hubs in Berlin and London. In this role, you’ll lead and develop a high-performing team, partner with senior leadership, implement innovative talent strategies, and use data to continuously improve how we attract and hire top talent. Your Mission

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across EMEA, supporting teams based in our HQ and major hubs in Berlin and London
  • Manage, coach, and grow a team of talented recruiters and TA leaders, ensuring they are empowered to meet hiring goals
  • Build strong, strategic partnerships with senior leaders across multiple functions; advise on hiring needs, workforce planning, and org scaling
  • Champion inclusive hiring and develop strategies to attract diverse talent across markets
  • Implement innovative sourcing and recruitment approaches tailored to evolving market dynamics
  • Leverage technology and tools to drive automation and deliver a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience
  • Use data and insights to continuously refine processes and increase hiring quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the broader Talent Leadership team to contribute to global people initiatives and priorities

    Your story

    • You bring 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 10 years in leadership roles across dynamic, fast-scaling environments
    • Proven track record of hiring across multiple countries and functional areas, ideally within a product- or tech-driven company
    • You’re a confident, people-first leader with a strong ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
    • You know how to implement and scale recruitment systems, tools, and workflows to meet evolving business needs
    • You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and you're comfortable navigating ambiguity and change
    • A clear communicator and problem-solver, you build trust with stakeholders and deliver pragmatic, high-impact hiring solutions
    • You’re passionate about innovation in TA, committed to inclusive hiring, and driven by business impact
