As Head of Brand Creative, PAD, you’ll define and direct the creative language of this space — shaping how On shows up in lifestyle, how we move into culture, and how we express performance in everyday life. You’ll bring imagination and intention together, crafting narratives that feel as authentic on the street as they do in sport, across our campaigns and brand initiatives.

Your Mission

Define the creative vision for PAD — establishing a visual and verbal language that expresses On’s evolution into a premium, culture-led performance brand.

Lead multidisciplinary creative teams across fashion, lifestyle, and brand moments — producing work that captures the pulse of contemporary culture.

Collaborate closely with strategy and product, translating insight and intent into creative platforms that resonate across fashion, art, and movement communities.

Direct high-impact campaigns and collaborations, partnering with globally relevant talent, designers, and cultural voices.

Champion creative excellence across every touchpoint — from imagery and film to retail, collaborations, and digital experiences.

Shape the next era of the brand, ensuring PAD stands as a cultural signal, not just a subline.

Inspire and lead with clarity, curiosity, and conviction, nurturing creative ambition across the studio.

    You are a creative visionary rooted in fashion, design, and culture, fluent in how aesthetics and meaning drive brand desire.

    You bring 10+ years of experience leading creative at the intersection of fashion, lifestyle, and culture — ideally within global premium or luxury brands.

    You’ve shaped campaigns and creative systems that shift perception, blending conceptual depth with strategic clarity.

    You think beyond category — exploring architecture, art, and sound as part of brand expression.

    You are both storyteller and system builder, balancing creative vision with attention to craft.

    You move fluidly between concept, direction, and leadership — from ideation rooms to sets to executive presentations.

    You lead with empathy and precision, building environments where creativity thrives and boundaries are redefined.

    The On Creative Studio is the heartbeat of the brand — a global collective of thinkers, makers, and dreamers redefining performance for a new era. Within it, PAD is our most expressive space: the bridge between sport and culture, where creative experimentation meets commercial ambition. It’s a laboratory for ideas that move — from core PAD franchises like the Cloud, to lifestyle expressions born from performance sports such as tennis, to partnership-led stories that shape how the world sees On. You’ll work alongside some of the most forward-thinking designers, strategists, and storytellers — shaping not just how PAD looks, but what it means.
