Senior Specialist - B2B Systems

Join one of the world’s fastest-growing sports brands in a role that combines technology and operations at scale. As an Sr. Systems Specialist you’ll enhance and optimize On’s MS Dynamics 365 ERP ecosystem to drive efficiency, automation, and business continuity. Acting as the link between Operations, IT, and Account Services, you’ll ensure seamless end-to-end processes, robust system performance, and scalable solutions that support On’s global growth.

Your Mission

Operational Excellence & System Reliability

  • Monitor integrations, batch jobs, and order flow to ensure business continuity.
  • Identify, flag, and resolve root causes of system and process issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Own and maintain customer service and operations master data for accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage Backoffice escalations and provide daily operational support.
  • Perform systematic checks on EMEA customer and account setups to ensure data integrity.
  • Oversee orderbook execution and validate GTM-related changes to maintain alignment with business priorities.

System & Process Development

  • Support transitions of operations, reports, and processes into the evolving ERP landscape.
  • Test and validate new functionalities, upgrades, and automation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Tech, Ops, and global teams to refine and improve system processes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for work instructions and process flows.
  • Continuously review, update, and standardize operational processes for efficiency.

Strategic & Project Involvement

  • Partner in scaling B2B system operations and supporting key global initiatives.
  • Lead testing and validation of strategic projects for the region.
  • Align with global and regional teams on priorities, scalability, and system changes.
  • Drive automation and long-term optimization to enhance efficiency and reduce manual work.
  • Support transformation and technology rollouts, including warehouse integrations.

Governance & Communication

  • Act as the key operational link for Customer Service and Operations in ongoing projects.
  • Communicate effectively across teams, ensuring alignment and timely action.
  • Coordinate data and process clean-ups to maintain accuracy and reliability.
  • Global point of contact for the Region on E2E processes that are impacted by system design / setup.

    Your story

    • Customer service/operations background in an international environment.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles such as ERP specialist, process improvement etc.
    • Proficiency in utilizing technology and technical tools, such as ERP systems (including implementation projects) and CRM platforms. (Salesforce & MS Dynamics 365 a plus).
    • Previous experience in optimizing processes, including the use of tools like Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
    • Passionate, positive, and willing to connect and partner cross-functionally to deliver results.
    • Ability to understand the big picture while diving into details to identify root causes and implement rapid actions.
    • Proven analytical, conceptual thinking, technical and data-savvy, and problem-solving skills.
    • Organized, methodical, hands-on with a passion for continuous learning.
    • Fluency in English.
