Lead AI Program Manager (AI Enablement)

In short

We are looking for an AI Enablement Program Lead to drive product-led activation of generative, agentic and Machine Learning AI across On.

AI is being rolled out broadly with ambitious adoption targets. However, adoption alone is not success. This role will ensure AI is translated into high-impact use cases that deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will operate across domains, co-creating structured AI use cases, curating flagship demonstrations, building an internal champion network, and ensuring validated opportunities scale in partnership with Product and Data/AI teams.

This is a value activation role. This is not strictly a feature roadmap or AI engineering role.

Your Mission

  1. Co-Create High-Impact AI Use Cases Partner with business domains to identify where AI can materially improve workflows.
  • Translate ambiguous ideas into structured opportunity/problem briefs with defined success metrics. Prioritize use cases tied to measurable outcomes (e.g., cycle time reduction, productivity uplift, cost savings, margin impact).
  1. Co-Design and Co-Deliver Flagship Demonstrations Develop curated, high-quality AI demos grounded in real business workflows.
  • Ensure every training is anchored in concrete, relevant use cases. Create domain-specific examples that resonate with frontline users and leadership.
  1. Drive Organic Adoption Support the company’s user targets by linking usage to real value. Identify and amplify practical workflows where AI becomes invaluable. Move adoption from curiosity to habit through demonstrated leverage.

  2. Build and Activate a Champion Network

  • Identify power users during trainings and experimentation phases.
  • Formalize an internal AI Champion network across functions.
  • Create structured feedback loops from champions to Tech and broader teams.
  • Enable peer-driven momentum rather than top-down mandates.
  1. Validate and Quantify Business Impact
  • Define clear value metrics for priority initiatives.
  • Track and communicate measurable impact from activated use cases.
  • Distinguish high-leverage applications from low-signal experimentation.
  • Provide leadership with visibility into value realized, as well as adoption metrics.
  1. Partner Across Data/AI, Talent, and Tech
  • Engage the Data/AI team early to assess feasibility, guardrails, and scalability.
  • Engage the Talent team to shape training and change management.
  • Collaborate with broader Tech teams to transition validated use cases into durable solutions where appropriate.
  • Avoid duplication of delivery ownership. Focus on shaping high-quality demand and activation.
  1. Define the Future
  • Craft and champion a compelling program strategy for an AI-powered Oniverse, defining which parts should be owned by the Tech team (yourself included), and which self-serve opportunities can be activated directly by business users using Tech-approved tools.
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized program roadmap that aligns with our company goals and the needs of our global team.

    Your story

    Business & Strategy Orientation

    • 6+ years in strategy, transformation, product, consulting, or program leadership roles.
    • Strong ability to connect technology initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
    • Comfortable working cross-functionally across R&D, sourcing, supply chain and other domains.

    AI Fluency

    • Deep understanding of AI capabilities and limitations.
    • Ability to translate real workflows into effective AI workflows.
    • Experience designing compelling, real-world AI demonstrations.

    Value Discipline

    • Obsessed with impact over activity.
    • Able to define and track measurable success criteria.
    • Comfortable saying no to low-leverage initiatives.

    Influence & Communication

    • Exceptional communicator able to engage frontline users and senior leaders alike.
    • Skilled at storytelling grounded in real impact.
