Whether you’re looking to jump start your career or gain first hands-on experience in a new field, an internship at On offers you a unique growth experience, the chance to make an impact from day 1 and contribute to On’s growth journey. We are looking for fresh ideas, curious minds and passionate individuals ready to make a difference. Our internships generally last 6 months and you will be fully embedded in a team.

Duration: 6 months
Prerequisite: Interest in area relevant to the internship, passion for On, right to work in EU / Switzerland

Your Mission

Assist in developing technical garments and support project leads in bringing innovative concepts to life.
Collaborate with cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams across R&D to advance project goals.
Proactively identify solutions and apply your skills to advanced apparel development challenges.
Contribute fresh ideas, insights, and a problem-solving mindset to team initiatives.
Maintain a proactive and agile workflow, balancing assigned projects with early-stage concept exploration.

The Apparel Concepts Development team transforms innovative designs and advanced materials into real products for our athletes. With creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for innovation, we craft premium performance apparel that helps athletes reach their goals. As part of this team, you’ll gain a strong foundation for a future in apparel creation - working alongside talented developers, collaborating with cross-functional partners, and experiencing the sportswear industry firsthand.
