Apply for this role(opens in a new tab)The global Business Transformation team is looking for a Business Capability Owner to join the Supply Chain enablement P2P/Logistics team at the On Labs in Zurich. With your proven ability of developing long term visions as well as project management, business analysis and technical skill set, along with your deep knowledge of supply chain management with an extra focus on Logistics, you will contribute to major transformation projects, offering great opportunities for growth in your position!
As Business Capability Owner for P2P/Logistics value stream, act as the single point of contact for a given set of business capabilities across the organization.
Develop a clear vision and roadmap for the business capabilities under your responsibility aligned with organizational goals.
Leverage the CMM (Capability Maturity Model) as a key framework to assess the current state of the business capabilities and define steps for progression.
Transform the operations business capability landscape by leading process and system optimisation initiatives from requirements gathering throughout implementation and stabilization.
Partner with our Technology team to implement and align technology solutions with operational needs.
Analyze complex problems and manage their resolution within the On team as well as with external partners.
Support company project initiatives by acting as the P2P/Logistics workstream representative for the team. Be the main point of contact for the Project Manager and make sure the rest of the team is involved to assess the changes on their respective business capabilities.
Support our logistics network strategy and implementation teams to ensure we deliver warehouse solutions within the defined timelines working closely with our 3PL partners and internal Tech team on the systems landscape.

Degree or deep knowledge in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Technology, or related fields.
5 years of relevant experience as an Operations Business Capability Owner, Business Analyst, or in a Logistics role, with a strong emphasis on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Logistics process management. Deep functional and strategic understanding of the Business Capability Owner role and its impact on organizational strategy is required.
Technical knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Dynamics 365, and general knowledge about WMS systems are highly appreciated.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging Advanced Analytics (or Intelligent Automation) and advanced proficiency with Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
Ability to drive operational excellence while bringing expertise to company projects. Cross-functional collaboration and clear communication come naturally.
You are comfortable working highly independently and proactive initiative comes naturally.
You can multitask, prioritize and thrive in an energetic and fast-paced environment.
You demonstrate resilience and flexibility and you are attentive to industry trends and best practices.
Proficiency in English. Other languages are a plus.
