In short

As the Packaging Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for the creation and execution of new packaging items across Footwear, Apparel and Accessories. Key tasks will include uploading and maintaining critical development data within our PLM system. You will also manage the organization of the packaging storage space and samples. This position encompasses a blend of data management and project coordination responsibilities, reporting directly to the Packaging Development Lead within the Global Product Creation team.

Your Mission

  • Provide support for Footwear, Apparel, and Accessories packaging developments, with the growth opportunity to take ownership of specific development projects.
  • Maintain packaging data within the Centric PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system.
  • Collaborate with different functions within Product Creation as well as Product Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, Production and Sourcing.
  • Manage the packaging storage space based on project status, including the organization of samples by approval status, maintenance of confirmed samples, and archiving of previous season samples.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive seasonal packaging manual. -Oversee the eCommerce Packaging responsibilities, including necessary communication and coordination with the Warehousing department.

    Your story

    • 1-2 years of relevant professional experience.
    • Proven ability to meet strict deadlines.
    • Proficiency with MS Office, PLM systems, and email communication tools is required.
    • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

    About the Team

    As an integral component of the Product Creation department, the team collaborates closely with various cross-functional departments. You will join a positive, communicative and feedback-driven team of 2, based in the On Lab, Zurich office.
