The Lead position reports to the Head of Product Management for PAD Footwear. The role will shape the future of PAD Footwear through end-to-end product creation and go-to-market execution. Your mission is to elevate the brand by leading cross-functional teams to deliver bold, premium products that resonate with culturally relevant consumers.

Your Mission

  • Own the seasonal product roadmap and end-to-end execution of inline product releases from concept to market.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to leverage deep industry insights and influence long-term product strategy and assortment decisions.
  • Develop and validate clear, detailed product briefs that are strategically aligned with the brand direction, market needs, and leadership expectations.
  • Lead, align, and collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Merchandising, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless, on-time, and on-budget execution of the inline collection.
  • Drive innovation and portfolio premiumization by championing unique, complex, and forward-thinking product concepts that set new market standards.
  • Analyze global product performance and commercial metrics, translating sell-through data and consumer feedback into actionable insights for continuous improvement and future category planning.

    Your story

    • 7+ years of progressive experience in global product management, merchandising, or buying, with a strong track record in delivering relevant consumer products..
    • Proven success in leading and managing complex product projects and high-profile launches within large, matrixed organizations.
    • Deep commercial understanding of the connection between product, culture, and consumer insights in the sport and/or fashion industry.
    • Expert leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence and manage senior stakeholders across global functions.
    • Demonstrated ability to be skilled and adaptable at navigating fast-paced, highly creative environments with shifting priorities and timelines.
    • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

We balance innovation, technical excellence, and consumer needs to deliver products that strengthen brand desirability.
