Intern - Footwear Product Testing

Whether you’re looking to jump start your career or gain first hands-on experience in a new field, an internship at On offers you a unique growth experience, the chance to make an impact from day 1 and contribute to On’s growth journey. We are looking for fresh ideas, curious minds and passionate individuals ready to make a difference. Our internships generally last 6 months and you will be fully embedded in a team.

  • Start date: March 1, 2026
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Prerequisite: Interest in area relevant to the internship, passion for On, right to work in EU / Switzerland

Your Mission

Facilitate Fit and Wear Testing with Local and Global Testers:

  • Coordinate incoming footwear samples with Development stakeholders in Switzerland and Asia

  • Contact Tester, Plan and Execute Fit Testing

  • Plan wear testing through our testing App with global testers

  • Send out shoes to testers and act as their main point of contact

  • Process Data and prepare reports on Fit and Wear Testing Results

Manage and Execute Local and Global Tester Recruitment:

  • Plan and Coordinate local tester recruitment events

  • Onboarding of new Testers to On

  • Ensure Tester satisfaction through events and goodies

Support Performance Testing of Footwear:

  • Plan, Coordinate and Execute Performance Testing with our local external Testers

  • Coordinate with Sports Science on Objective and Subjective Data collection

  • Process Data and prepare reports on Performance Testing Results
