You will join the Strategic Architecture team. This role is uniquely designed as a direct technical internship with the Head of Architecture, offering you a panoramic view of our entire technology landscape.
You will act as a trusted partner to the Senior Architecture Leader, gaining transparent access to high-level technical strategy and decision-making. We act as the Expert Architecture Team for On, designing the technology foundation that powers our rapidly scaling global business.

One of the key areas you may contribute to is our Operations technology, which acts as the "Digital Twin" of our business. This engine optimizes how we ship products to millions of customers worldwide, enabling the smarter, sustainable decisions that drive our global hyper-growth.
