You’ll report to the Senior Director of Global Supply Chain Transformation, Distribution & Logistics on the Global Supply Chain team. This role is crucial for supporting strategic initiatives within the region, ensuring seamless collaboration between global and regional On teams and external 3rd party partners. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing the scalability, cost-effectiveness, and operational resilience of our global logistics network, supporting On’s continued growth and premium service delivery.


You'll be joining the Global Supply Chain Transformation team, a team focused on reshaping our global supply chain to drive scalable growth at On. We are the strategic drivers of change, partnering with stakeholders across the company to implement new standards, best practices, and innovative technologies that will transform how we operate. Our mission is to lead the charge in operational excellence, from product origin to final delivery. We specialize in implementing large scale network transformations, rolling out innovative processes, and ensuring we have the right capabilities to support our ambitious growth.
