Apply for this role(opens in a new tab)As a Supply Planner Specialist, Footwear, you will be responsible for creating and executing global supply plans to match demand for our footwear. Reporting to the Senior Lead - Supply Planning Footwear, this role is crucial for optimizing inventory and ensuring product availability worldwide.
Develop and execute supply plans to meet demand for footwear.
Manage purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery from suppliers.
Monitor inventory levels, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Analyze supply chain performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Support cross-functional projects centered around planning, product launch, and operations improvements .

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field.
2 to 5 years of experience in supply planning or supply chain management, preferably within footwear or consumer goods.
Proficiency in supply chain planning software (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus) and advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Business proficiency in English is required.
