As a Supply Planner Specialist, Footwear, you will be responsible for creating and executing global supply plans to match demand for our footwear. Reporting to the Senior Lead - Supply Planning Footwear, this role is crucial for optimizing inventory and ensuring product availability worldwide.

Your Mission

  • Develop and execute supply plans to meet demand for footwear.

  • Manage purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery from suppliers.

  • Monitor inventory levels, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Analyze supply chain performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Support cross-functional projects centered around planning, product launch, and operations improvements .

    Your story

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field.

    • 2 to 5 years of experience in supply planning or supply chain management, preferably within footwear or consumer goods.

    • Proficiency in supply chain planning software (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus) and advanced Excel skills.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    • Business proficiency in English is required.
