Lead - Distributor Marketing, SEA

In short

The Marketing Lead, Southeast Asia will drive the brand’s marketing strategy and execution across distributor-managed markets, ensuring premium and consistent brand presentation across all consumer touchpoints — from distributor mono-branded stores (DMS) to key wholesale accounts.

This role acts as the brand guardian for Southeast Asia, partnering closely with distributors to plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns and retail activations that align with global and regional brand direction. The Marketing Lead will also support the go-to-market process and work cross-functionally with Commercial, Merchandising, and Brand Experience teams to strengthen the brand’s positioning and growth across the region.

Your Mission

Regional & Partner Marketing Management

  • Partner with distributors and key wholesale accounts to develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with regional priorities and product stories.
  • Review and evaluate distributor marketing plans, ensuring brand-right execution, sound investment allocation, and alignment with global and regional strategies.
  • Act as day-to-day marketing contact for distributors — supporting their needs for assets, toolkits, social and digital content, in-store campaigns, and events.
  • Oversee distributor marketing budgets and monitor spend effectiveness through planning, tracking, and recaps.
  • Be the brand guardian for SEA — review local marketing materials, creative concepts, and social content calendars to ensure they adhere to brand tone, visual identity, and storytelling guidelines.

Retail & Trade Marketing

  • Oversee the implementation of in-store campaigns and visuals in distributor mono-branded stores (DMS), ensuring brand storytelling and retail excellence.
  • Partner with internal Brand Experience and VM teams to develop retail marketing tools and store visuals to support distributors.
  • Support trade marketing initiatives for key wholesale partners, providing brand assets, content, and activation guidance.

Go-To-Market & Campaign Planning

  • Support the go-to-market process, including seasonal planning, tradeshow preparation, and alignment of key product stories with marketing activations.
  • Coordinate seasonal campaign rollouts, toolkit dissemination, and market briefings to ensure timely and accurate execution across SEA.
  • Track asset availability and proactively flag gaps in local adaptation requirements.
  • Monitor marketing performance and social engagement, providing regular recaps and insights to regional leadership.
  • Keep abreast of regional consumer, retail, and digital trends to inform campaign optimization.

    Your story

    • 6–8 years of experience in marketing within the sportswear, retail, or consumer lifestyle industry, regional or distributor management experience preferred.
    • Self-starter who is proactive, solution-oriented, a gung-ho attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with different teams and personalities.
    • A passion for sports/movement and consumer culture.
    • Proven experience in brand marketing and trade marketing with strong creative and commercial judgment.
    • Familiar across all marketing disciplines including social media, events, campaign management, CRM, retail marketing, and digital marketing.
    • Strong understanding of the sportswear landscape in SEA.
    • Excellent project management abilities, with a proven track record of organizing and overseeing multiple projects to meet brand standards, quality expectations, and deadlines.
    • Data-driven and analytical. You know how to use insights to improve campaigns and brand strategy.
    • Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content tools.
    • Have flexibility to travel based on business needs.
