In short

The role of the Retail and Workplace Technical Solutions Senior Lead is to proactively develop internal solutions to meet the expectations of the company growth for both Retail and Workplaces. These solutions range from network blueprints, digital concepts, vendor management, VPN infrastructure to name a few.

Your Mission

  • Ensure Network blueprints are followed by our external network engineers
  • Oversee the implementation of network security protocols
  • Build strong collaboration partnerships with vendors
  • Develop a hardware life cycle road map
  • Ensure network concepts are followed and delivered by network engineers
  • Achieve network uptime of 99% or higher
  • Support PMO with technical requests to offer a premium service to the Organisation
  • Improve PMO hardware procurement strategy to be more efficient with less time onsite for our internal project managers
  • Grow the capabilities of the unified Global Service Desk

    Your story

    • Extensive experience with provisioning Technical solutions for Network
    • Prior experience with Network hardware solutions
    • Strong problem solving skills & an ability to simplify complexity
    • You communicate effectively in both remote and on-site working environments
    • You possess a long-term strategic mindset
    • Prior experience building strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, and vendor management

    The Technical Solutions Senior Lead will engage within the Retail and Workplace Technology team (PMO, Compliance and Site Management) to define a technical solution oriented road map with solutions. The external partners and vendors will be a core group of stakeholders who will support in building, developing and deploying defined technical solutions.
